Shipping Policy
Domestic deliveries are carried out by Elta Courier, Geniki Taxydromiki or BOX NOW.
Greece: €4 – free shipping on orders over €100
BOX NOW delivery is available in Greece.
Europe & Rest of world: Shipping available upon request. Please contact us at erdesign@ymail.com for shipping costs and available delivery options.
Orders should arrive within 2–10 working days after we have received payment. Eri de Sign is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.
Return & Exchange Policy
We really hope you'll be satisfied with your purchases from Eri de Sign. However, you have the right to return item(s) within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
You may choose to exchange the item or receive a refund. The cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or we have agreed otherwise.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within the applicable legal timeframe. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
• Customized products cannot be returned, where permitted by applicable law.
• SALE products cannot be returned, where permitted by applicable law.
For defective or incorrect products, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.
